Health trails

A health trail is a countryside track of 1 - 2½ kilometres whereby you can test your levels of fitness. It is simple and can be undertaken at any time that suits you.

The test is a matter of walking or running the trail as quickly as you can and timing yourself. And that is it! Afterwards, consult the boards by the finishing line to find out your fitness rating.

You can also discover your BMI (body mass index) which is a weight to height ratio. The BMI is a benchmark figure for your ideal weight.
